Why I Created This

Over the years, I’ve seen how simple adjustments in promotions, product positioning, and customer loyalty can lead to meaningful revenue growth while still feeling authentic - without the need to run constant flash sales.

That’s why I created this Grow session: to help artisan business owners refine their approach to increasing sales, through subtle yet effective strategies that align with their brand.

Together, we’ll look for ways to build deeper connections with your customers and gently encourage them to buy more, stay longer, and keep coming back.

The Challenges You Might Be Facing

“I’m not sure how to run promotions without cheapening my brand.”
You want to offer promotions, but you worry that discounts or special offers might undermine the quality and craftsmanship of your products.
Together, we’ll explore ways to create thoughtful, well-aligned promotions that feel right for your brand and encourage sales without eroding the value of your work.

“My customers aren’t exploring or purchasing other products.”
You’ve worked hard to create a cohesive product line, but your customers tend to buy just one item without considering others.
We’ll discuss subtle cross-selling and upselling strategies that encourage customers to explore complementary products or upgrade their purchase, all without feeling pushy.

“I want to build more loyalty, but I’m not sure how.”
You know repeat customers are valuable, but building a lasting connection can feel challenging in the online space.
We’ll explore how small improvements in packaging, personalised touches, or a thoughtful loyalty scheme can help deepen customer relationships and keep them coming back.
